Relaxing Getaway

The hotel security staff patrolled the beach line. Vendors did not bother guests. they kept monkeys from stealing snacks. I played water polo and did aerobics, those were fun. The food was tasty, even for picky eaters. The grilled prawns with coconut rice at the beach restaurant became a favorite.

The main restaurant staff showed warmth and care to every guest. They assisted with my daughter's birthday. The staff made a cake for the celebration and were quite cute.

Acceptable Location , but Dated Facilities

dated facilities general lack

The location of the hotel is acceptable, with proximity to the beach.

I was disappointed that the hotel appears old and some parts seem dilapidated. The room showed its age , and a general lack of updates affected the overall experience. I think a refresh is necessary to bring the facilities up to standard.

dusty floor needed maintenance

The staff seemed pleasant and willing to help, which i appreciated.

I was very disappointed with the general state of the place. The rooms felt OLD and the floor didn't seem properly mopped. I could feel the dust. EVERYTHING was like it needed maintenance as it was not kept to a 5-star standard.

The beach security patrol is excellent. Vendors do not disturb guests. cheeky monkeys were shooed away to keep snacks safe. my children enjoyed the swimming pools and playground. i appreciated the daily activities and stretches led by dan.
